Topless Pump to Pop 18"
It starts with a little pressure and a lot of anticipation. I perch topless on a huge Cattex doll balloon, as the pump hums nearby. One by one, these 18-inch balloons swell and tremble until....pop! The air is full of colored latex confetti, sound, and a hint of mischief.
